Erin McMonagle

COO

Erin McMonagle has recently been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Gray’s after spending almost four years within the marketing team as a Marketing Executive. Erin is responsible for overseeing the team and the day-to-day management of the organisation, bringing her agile leadership skills to the forefront of Gray’s. She has an extensive marketing background and continues to expand her skills to help support and develop Gray’s and the company’s clients.

Eimear Gillen

Marketing Executive

Eimear Gillen is a Marketing Executive with over ten years’ experience in marketing. A chartered marketer, Eimear’s experience varies from supporting local start-ups, to working within global organisations, and since joining Gray’s she has managed and supported accounts in both the public and private sectors. Eimear’s skillsets encompass event management, digital media, influencer marketing and assisting with video production.

Erin Smith is a Marketing Executive with an extensive design background. This combination is key to her approach, making connections between strategy, design and the end-user experience. She is passionate about how advertising and design can impact communities. She has worked for a wide variety of industries and projects with international reach and success.

Rachel Fahy

Marketing Executive

Rachel Fahy is a Marketing Executive with a background in creative digital media. Rachel’s experience working in various fast-paced digital marketing roles within both the public and private sectors has allowed her to develop and hone skills including video creation, product design, branding, and social media.

Dermot Brogan

Head of Communications

Dermot Brogan is Head of Communications at Gray’s. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Dermot is adept at creation and communication, having worked in the media for over a decade. Dermot consistently supplies a high quality of service, ensuring all targets are delivered in a timely manner while using his personal skills to establish relationships which support future communications opportunities.

Andy Wilson

Communications Executive

Andy Wilson is a Communications Executive at Gray’s with a strong background in digital journalism. Having spent four years as a Sports Reporter at the Daily Express in London specialising in SEO content, he then joined the Belfast Telegraph as an Audience Editor, with a focus on driving traffic to the site via social media and various other channels. Since joining Gray’s, Andy has showcased his top-class writing skills and utilised his strong contacts book to secure local and regional media placements for our clients.

Declan Fanning

Communications Executive

Declan Fanning is a Communications Executive at Gray’s who approaches PR, comms and strategic engagement with energetic enthusiasm and a thirst for innovation. He is responsible for the development of various communications projects from conception to completion, but it is his creativity and originality that sets him apart from the crowd. With over ten years’ experience in broadcast journalism, Declan’s long history in media has served him well, working with print, radio, and television.

Cormac Donaghy

Head of Design

Cormac Donaghy is Head of Design at Gray’s, specialising in branding and content creation. He holds a BSc in Interactive Media, giving him a comprehensive knowledge across the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Cormac has previously worked at one of the largest agencies in Ireland and in a print environment, so he has full knowledge of the design process and how to take a project from concept to completion. 

Sarah Sandford

Design Executive

Sarah Sandford is a Design Executive at Gray’s, bringing a wealth of creative expertise and flair to the team. After obtaining her BA in Graphic Design at Vancouver Island University, she worked with both start-ups, creating user growth and scaling up, as well as within a large marketing team telling the story of an established brand. Her strength lies in being a creative problem-solver for any challenge, big or small. Detail and thoughtfulness are at the forefront of her creative practice as well as finding innovative solutions.
